Does anyone out there really beleive that the 9-11 Commission is anything other than a vehicle for the two parties to parley blame? Why the self flagellation? America was attacked by Islamic Militants and yet we insist on attaching blame to Americans in position of power. Certainly there were indicators, after all, how many terror attacks did we suffer under the administration of IMPEACHED ex-president Clinton? (And I am not referring to his press conferences as occasions of terror attack although they could certainly be classified as such.) I just see a monumental error in the thinking of the 9-11 Panel as they are disposed along party lines to protect their colleagues rather than seeking the actual truth. Besides, Osama bin Laden planned the attacks and his henchmen carried them out. I think most reasoning Americans would understand that these facts tend to make him more culpable than say....oh...President Bush.

I am attentive to each of the recent accounts of fighting in Iraq and political news there. This is going to be a light posting weekend. I have some work to do at home and my lovely and talented bride has determined that we need to mend some fence as she is shopping around for another horse for the kids.
